These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orzyn.ai and the related website and services provided by Orzyn LLC ("Orzyn," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. Use of the Orzyn application and APIs by account holders is also governed by the in-app Terms of Service; enterprise and government customers are governed by a separate written agreement (see Section 6).
The site and services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using them, you represent that you are at least 18.
Orzyn produces proof that a real, present, uncoerced human authorized a specific consequential action, with a record that can be verified afterward. Orzyn is presence and authorization, not identity verification. It does not verify who a person is, does not guarantee any future behavior or authenticity, and stores no biometric templates. Outputs are one signal to be used alongside your own controls, not a guarantee against all fraud.
You may use the site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The site, services, software, text, graphics, logos, and other content (including "ORZYN" and the Orzyn logo) are owned by Orzyn LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Self-service account holders accept the in-app Terms of Service when they register and use the application. Enterprise and government customers are onboarded through a separate, negotiated written agreement (e.g., a Master Service Agreement, with a Data Processing Agreement and, for healthcare, a Business Associate Agreement as applicable). Those agreements govern the customer relationship and control over any conflict with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orzyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Orzyn's total liability in any dispute will be capped at the amount you paid Orzyn for the applicable service or issue. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you. If you are a New Jersey resident, this provision will not apply to claims for damages caused by Orzyn's intentional, reckless, or grossly negligent conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration. This means we each waive any right to litigate disputes in court or before a jury, or as part of a class, representative, consolidated, or private-attorney-general action, except as specified in any applicable mass-arbitration rules or procedures.
This arbitration requirement applies to any claim or dispute of any kind (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise; pre-existing, present, or future; statutory, common law, or equitable) between you and Orzyn, its agents, employees, successors, assigns, and subsidiaries, relating to the services, these Terms, or Orzyn's marketing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted here with its effective date.
